war
|
Destruction and death all around..
fearing the shadows,no comfort to be found.
Gun shots in the distance
you cower with fright, praying to God to be spared
through this dreadful dark night.
People are running every which way,
hoping to hide wanting to live another day.
The soldiers come marching down the street
if you are found its certain death you''ll meet.
You can hear children crying
You know people lay dying.
Peace, love and understanding are no more
only hatred and sorrow in this cold war.

Your style was confusing. You went from a ryme scheme to something else. While it did depict a good idea of what war must be like i don't understand what exactly you ment by it. war is definetly a cool issue to write about bue i don't know i don't get this one |
