Is that what you call a get away?
Is that what you call time?
I wish I could end this conversation
And I wish you could care about mine
Forever lasts longer than expected
The way you look tonight makes me sick
Walk down that road by yourself again
Shake those ideas, make them stick
Close my eyes and I'll forget you later
You know you'll think of me again
Is that what you call a get away?
Let's bring this stupid cycle to an end
Goodbye to you for the last time
Everything you do shall bring me life
I have rid myself from your despair and darkness
Escaped your smiles that bear me strife
