Feeling not at all better today,
Pains so real, I'm so frustrated,
open my mouth but have nothing to say,
In my consience I'm humiliated
Humiliated for being myself,
Hurting all the time,
Needing psyciatric help,
Feeling like my conditions a crime,
The Bi-polar fantasies stuck in my mind,
Maybe I'm just another hypochondriac,
Trying to find something in me I can never find,
Slipping away to the pain of maniac,
Its so hard to live this way,
Its so hard to even breathe,
Dont want these feelings to stay,
From this world I leave
To the land of the numb
