Did I miss love somewhere?

I was once told that love could save us,
All I see is mindless killing, rage filled hate, and endless blood spilling,
Where is the love everyone is so quick to discuss?
When in our hearts rage is filling.
I am coming so close to throwing it all away again,
Is this life just one big lie?
Where is the love to begin?
Or is this something we all keep hidden deep inside?
The words to me are just a whisper,
The choices we make, so unclear,
I try to listen for love,
But the love seems to always dis-appear.
I can’t take anymore of this,
I am going to come apart,
I am living in suicidal bliss,
Living in the hole inside my heart.
I just want to run away,
Would you care if I said goodbye,
I am tired of the world’s hateful ways,
I am tired of all the guilty lies.
Maybe we all are just reaching out for love,
No matter though how hard I try,
I just can’t seem to get above,
My mind full of thoughts of suicide.
Am I to blame?
For all the tragic failures you claim,
No matter what I say,
I cannot take away the pain,
You don’t know how I feel inside,
I am tired of all the lies,
This world is like the deaf leading the blind!

| wonderful expression of feelings and emotions, great questions, all i can say is that i have felt this many times in my life and im too stubborn and curious to end my life, i dont think ~life is one big lie, no, and ~when does love begin? i think love begins with me myself and how i see the world, what vibes im putting out and receiving ect., i agree with you love is something deep inside us, each glimmer you see in one another, love your last line too, hehe "This world is like the deaf leading the blind!" great write:) hugs n' love nessa |

| That was totally cool. I want to pick out lines but lol. Too many. No, I want to but I won't. This was just awesome Maj. Very nicely written. Nothing seemed forced. |
