and hungry I always will stay
if the love that I have for my man
is ignored in a constant way
there's no joy left inside of me
my good years are wasting away
young (I was) when I met him
I'm just getting starved out with age

I quite like this poem. Its a very simple piece but I see that it holds an immense amount of emotion and that you've invested a good deal of contemplation in it.
