I know you have your own life and your own journey's way
By why can you not be with me here to stay?
Life sucks so much without you, I cry each time you leave
When you go my joy dies, and my happiness I cannot retrieve
Until you come home and I see your smile
For it's as wide as a mile
None upon this earth can match yours I'll bet
For in my heart you set
A burning, sorching fire
All it does is destroy whatever is in its path
It hurts so much it makes my tears laugh
For it is painful
Yet it is so beautiful
Will you not see?
Will you come home to me
And let me hold you for all eternity?
As we sail upon the gray seas
And let me take you in my arms
Far from any earthly harm
