Trust In You

Topic: ChristianPoetry

Father I cannot comprehend why You took Daddy away
Without a another chance to let him know of Your Son
Who shed His blood to die for our sins
So when we pass from this life we may be with You.
But You say, "Trust Me I knowTrust me I care,
Trust Me for I am God,
I am Your One True Father,
Trust that I am here,
Trust that I hear your prayers and feel your pain
For I felt the pain of separation from My own Father
When I died on the cross to bear Your sin."

Lord I don't understand why you took my best friend and protector away
I don't understand why he's gone.
We shared so much and I loved him so much
I wish so much he was here.

But You say, "Trust Me I knowTrust me I care,
Trust Me for I am God,
I am Your One True Father,
Trust that I am here,
Trust that I hear your prayers and feel your pain
For I felt the pain of losing those I loved
When for Lazarus I wept.
Know that I feel every heartache and cry with you each tear,
For I am your Father and your True Best Friend."

Help me to understand Father,
Why Dad is gone.
My future is so unsure, I am can't see my next step.
I don't know how I will make my dreams come true.
But You say, "Trust Me I knowTrust me I care,
I know what's best and My plan is perfect
Trust me for I am am God.
I will provide for you when you are need
For I see all and know every need.
Trust in Me alone."

Lord, I see now that my path isn't always clear,
But Lord help me to Trust in You
For you are my Provider and my Father,
My very Best Friend in all.
Your are my Savior and My shelter,
I am so blind but you can see all.
Help me to Trust in You alone.

God had helped you through this trouble in life and He'll guide you through all the problems you face. It's hard to always remember that He's sees it all when we see only the surface.
Take care.
David

I am sure I am much older than you, but please believe me I know what you are feeling. I lost my mom when I was seven and my dad brought me up alone when in those days it wasn't the thing to do. He loved me unconditional like the love of our Father in heaven! So I remember when He died it was devastating! We did everything together worked, played, fished, hunted, and more. I wrote two poems about him. Believe me your dad is still with you as long as you never forget him. He is still alive in your heart! ~0~

A beautiful piece directed to God to obtain answers.
He is there by your side, guiding you.
