Fake tears

Contributed by gery_giggles on Tuesday, 13th January 2004 @ 08:42:32 PM in AEST
Topic: FathersDayPoems

you stand there and cry
thinking i will feel your pain,
and give my soul to you.
Lisen please i know its all a lie,
fake tears you wept can't cut me deep,
but daddy you know i hate you.
just because you drink and hate your kids
doesn't make me love you even more.
you gave me a choice to stay or leave
you said i'm not part of this family,
daddys don't do that..i'm sorry.
So as you cry those very fake tears
i'll try to stand strong
and show you................i never need you.
