I remember the day we came to meet, she melted my heart and brought me to my knees
she laughed like a child that was set free, cried like a river flowing to the sea
shes my angel in a wild dream, shes my angel my everything

oh I couldnt hurt her if I tried, why would I want to ever lie?
I love her deeply with all my soul, how could I ever let her go?

I remember the day I proposed, opening up doors that where always closed
we made love all through that night, knowing everything was just right
shes my angel by my side, shes my angel my precious bride

oh I couldnt hurt her if I tried, why would I want to ever lie?
I love her deeply with all my soul, how could I ever let her go?

I remember when I had to lay her to rest, ripped my heart right from my chest
she laughed like a child before being set free, I cried like a river flowing to the sea
shes my angel looking down from above, shes my angel my one true love

I love her deeply with all my soul, how could I ever let her go?
