Confusion Ray

Contributed by alecfernadez on Tuesday, 13th January 2004 @ 12:48:44 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Confusion rides inside my mind,
Boiling my thoughts,
Raping inside

It devours my mind into pieces,
shattered steel of reality,
Confusion is my thesis

Narrows my mind to gravity,
Pulls me over and under,
Creates a black hole cavity

It divides my heart into portions,
Rips my soul into flakes,
Fills my mind with precaution

Makes me see all these faces,
Blind and hated,
Walking backwards tired paces

Makes me see the other realm,
All these Happy places,
Puts me in control at the helm

Ripps my ears from underneath me,
Death to the world and transparent,
It makes me slowly bleed

Confusion puts these thoughts inside,
Cutting at me, burning my flesh,
And then all I can do is hide

Running over my legs at once,
Break them in two,
I guess its just a hunch

That it will eat my brain,
Devour my soul,
Make me insane

So paranoid because of confusion,
Sectioned and dissasociate from you,
These images are just an illusion

Running out of places to run,
Legs so tired, heart so hurting,
My wings still work, and I fly to the sun

But I never understand all these feelings,
Burning inside me,
Raping all my healings,

So I come to you as I fall back
Of this stone floor,
Into the sky, a place which I lack

I cant seem to pull the trigger,
end these tears,
Cant; Go figure

Its hurting me making me bleed,
Confusion envoloping me,
Pull the trigger than you'll see
Whats wrong with me

You are a very talented poet. Deep, dark, formidable & filled with pain. You expressed it beautifully.
