THE PRICE OF LOYALTY

Paul O'Neill: Bush Had No WMD Evidence Before Iraq War

Former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill tells Time magazine that he never saw any evidence that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction.
O'Neill tells Time that the administration began planning for Saddam Hussein's ouster from almost day one.

KSBW.Com—12 January 2004

O/

And so it comes out
All the stuff you weren’t supposed to know
By a freak of accident
You get to hear what THEY would NEVER show

You defenders of hawks
You who said Bush was true
Read how he lied
And how he duped YOU

There was NO diplomacy
It was all just a show
All those lies about weapons
They didn’t want you to know

They fixed all the data
To manipulate you
To make you their puppet
None of it true

How do you feel
Now you know what they did?
He’s still Honest George?
Surely you kid!

He lied through his teeth
Again and again
As did Cheney and Powell
And all of his men

Read ‘The Price of Loyalty’
by Paul O’Neill
Think how you were duped
THEN see how you FEEL

I know I've said you were good a few times but I liked this one a bit more methinks. I would like to see you write about something other than politics because of your talent but ah well. I liked it. Good write. Yeah, Joel, Steeleyes would beat you on this subject.
