I can see it in your eyes
Everytime you talk to me
In the way you turn away
When you don't want me to see
All the hurt and the pain
You're holding deep inside
You want to let it out
But you're too afraid to cry
You hide it from the world
With your all too cheerful smile
Everyday you wake up
Thinking life's not worth the while
Feeling out of place
And feeling out of mind
Want to fly away
Sick of wasting time
