You've brought to me tremendous cheer,
The honor you've bestowed on me,
Will surely ever remembered be.
Not only lassies, laddies too,
wrote a charming billet doux,
Enough to make me want to cry,
and hug a girl and hug a guy.
I give you cheers, I give you thanks
You've shown me how a poet ranks,
and every poet continue write
