PAPERING OVER THE CRACKS

“US analysts are still wading through a '10-mile high' cache of Iraqi documents for evidence of weapons programmes, according to US officials.”

O/

Ever heard of The Joint Captured Materiel Exploitation Group?
Don’t ask me to find a rhyme!
If you’re looking for them in Iraq
Well, you’re out of time!
(See, I did! (almost...)

They can’t be found
Because they found no WMD
And now Mr Kay
Has had his day

Before the war he “knew” so well
They have WMD and can blow us all to hell!
Now as the head of the search
He’s embarrassed to say
There’s nothing to find that he can tell

So I’m shipping out before I get destroyed
(My credibility that is!)
And maybe I can STILL be gainfully employed
Not as a soothsayer of course
I’ve blown all that
But there are big bucks around
With OUR WMD
(Mostly underground!)

Yes, the good old Joint Captured Materiel Exploitation Group
We really DID want to exploit the news
(Isn’t NO news supposed to be GOOD news?)
But we couldn’t find our own butts in a mirror
So we just have to settle for clues

There’s a ten mile high pile of paper
In a warehouse in Iraq
We’re gonna tell you they planned weapons
And would then start to attack

Oh yes my crystal balls tell me
That would certainly take place
Nah, you didn’t see that smirk
I just brainwashed my face!

You know this ten-mile high pile of paper?
This WAS their WMD
I have been told by a secret source
It was for dropping on Washington D.C.

Oh how I wish it had been dropped on Bush
Cause he set me up you see?
Sent on an Iraqi wild goose chase
I lost all respectability

But there is another secret about the ten-mile pile
It's not Iraqi WMD data that make it tall
It's just the draft of my final report
It has to look real good actually says fool all!

Hey, its you again! I like your anti war/american constitution stuff, and this one is just as brilliant as the others, keep up the great work, as a satire, and an anti-political master piece, this works well
