You were the mystic man with your m-16 shaped guitar
in your hand, militant, proud,defiant and strong on
a mission to chant down babylon. The power elite did
all they could to make sure you were misunderstood,
having you arrested and beaten many times; and had the
nerve to defend these crimes.

Given everything that has happened since you have gone,
we now know who was right and who was wrong, but a voice
like yours could never be silenced permanently. Mr. Bush
Doctor keep playing for me.
