Remembering it like yesterday
The first I saw you

Your eyes caught hold of mine
And I could not let you go

I tried to fight the feeling
Of wanting you more and more

You stood out from the crowd
You picked me from the group

I wondered if you were real
I kept thinking you weren’t

But now I know how true you are
And how glad I am to have met you

I only hope it lasts because ive been
Waiting years for you to arrive

Now you’re mine
