Does A Rainbow Ever Sigh

Does a rainbow ever sigh ?
Contemplating tremorously as it gallavants uncertain skies ?
Should erratic seasonsand torridity render the
gratifying seasons
bare....
A wistful vagabond not nearly baleful as of yet
trudging along the ardenlt impartial town
Trandscends the morose silence of the night,
Dehydrated without a
corrugated penny to spare
Then trundled
away from the preening justapositions of the city square in a rickety wheelbarrow
Convulsed in a groggy stupor
Deriving divine solace to wallow
Overhead the storm rumbles unmistakably
insipidly aroused
The vagabond utters timorously :dreadful doldrums
envisages a trickle on his forehead as he fumbles.

I'll admit I didnt' get this poem, not because of all the difficult words in it, but because several of them didn't connect in my head. "Insipidly aroused?" I recall that insipid was bland and dull. It's a paradox, but even so, I can't help but wonder if the words were a bit extravagant, selected for their archaity rather than their meaning. Nevertheless, it proves an excellent display of extensive vocabulary, if nothing else.
Commendably done.
“The spectacles of opinionation warp reality to fit belief.”
