Last night I had a dream,
After wishing on a star.
My thoughts where all of you,
I was wondering where you are.
Although your far from me,
I can still see your face.
I long to see you now,
So I may feel your sweet embrace
I feel I’m in a dream,
After spending time with you.
Let’s start a life together,
Something beautiful and true.
I long to hold you in my arms,
To make your beauty shine.
I hope that one day soon,
Your heart will be all mine.
Who knows what will happen,
Or what s in store for you and I.
What we have is beautiful,
This you can’t deny.
I lay my head down at night,
My dreams of you are sweet.
Having you by my side,
Makes me feel complete.
We’ve both been hurt,
So many times before.
Put your trust in me,
It’s you that I adore.
We have a lot of time,
Let’s take it nice and slow.
Let’s make our new life strong,
So that it will always grow.
It feels so good to me,
Holding you in my arms.
I promise you my dear,
To keep you safe from harm.
Take these words of mine,
Keep them in your heart.
I pray to God above,
That we will never be apart.
