Clouds eerily covered the moon
On a night the temperature absconded.
Nothing to be heard but a loon,
Father and son bonded.
On a night the temperature absconded,
Grim reaper came to claim,
Father and son bonded,
In eternal flame.
Grim reaper came to claim,
The decrepit old soul,
In eternal flame,
Body thrown in the hole.
The decrepit old soul
will rest in peace soon.
Body thrown in the hole,
Clouds eerily covered the moon.

the format is: Pantoum
Pantoum is a series of quatrians rhyming ABAB.
The second and fourth lines recur as the first and third
lines in the following quatrain. The first line of the poem
is also the last line.
