Shades of purple feel my thoughts when I close my eyes
I hear all those crazy rumors and your stupid lies
I see the way you look at me as if you don't care
The way you look down on me as if I'm not even there
Everynight when I dream I see your face
I see you and me in another place
Everytime I think of you I wanna cry
because you hurt me when you chose to lie
You don't even know how I feel
I don't think you know what is real
I have to find a way to get away from it all
someday soon before I fall
I see those shades of purple everywhere I go
telling me there's things about you that I will never know
After all your the one I just can't let go...
You pretended you were my friend
and then made everything come to an end
Now those shades of purple fill my mind
It's impossible for me to leave all this behind
So tell me what can I possibly do
to get my mind off of you

Once again Christy you write a very honest poem. I must say I love your poems for their honesty and depth. There so honest. Ne ways if u could I would like for you to e-mail me your poems. I dont get a chance to come on here much. So yeah if u could send me your poems it'd be awesome!
