A lot in my life seemed to change today,
like the twisting of a kaleidoscope

When I was a kid I spent hours looking into a kaleidoscope.

I have nothing but positive thoughts on this poem. Very nicely written. I especially like the four last lines. You are not alone in how you feel. May all the change today be for the better of tommorrow.
