As My Will Abides

My anger's flaring, quickly rising.
Jumping up to heights surprising.
I strive to hide it, not to release.
But I'm coming close to the end of my leash.
I can't take much more, I'm all fed up.
With one move, the end will be abrupt.
Though it be; they'll walk away.
But never to forget the day.
That time they pushed me a bit too far.
When my back hit the bar.
They knew what they would create;
Thought it was something they could take.
But I'll take no more, this all must cease.
I need to rest; need the peace.
Into the seclusion, as my will abides.
My anger dims again as I hide.
