He is still here

Contributed by action on Thursday, 25th December 2003 @ 02:13:42 AM in AEST
Topic: ChristianPoetry

She needs him more than she knows to stop the
hurting.

Is dying worse than living this life that she
lives?She is uncertain.

This question invades her soul she cant sleep.

Her memories haunts her until she finally
breaks down so for countless hours she weeps.

She refuses to accept the fact that her love is
gone after he was robbed and shot down.

Three senseless shots from the killer he
expired before he hit the ground.

Now in her room she is consumed with pure hate.

She grips a razor and contemplates rather or
not to leave this place for one thats safe.

Then from the bottom of her heart she is hit
with the words of her favorite psalm 47.

She finds her bible,she reads,she cries,and
then she dreams of heaven.

In her prayer she begs the lord for the strength
to somehow survive.

In her darkest night she sees the light that
saves her life.

The very next morning she feels a sickness that
provokes tears of joy.

Eight months later she gives birth to a miracle
a beautiful baby boy.

so beautiful. It's a nice picture of God's providence and grace. Is this true?
