There is a place I sometimes go
at night, when I'm in bed.
It is a place only I can see
that's deep within my head.
I lock my fears inside my head
good place for them to be.
I see new evil of every kind
destroying the calm in me.
Imagine a happy place to be
when the world is going down.
A place where you would never see
a single person with a frown.
Imagine a place that's filled with love;
Everyone there can be
filled with peace - like God above,
the whole wide world can see.
Imagine a day sun - filled with love
so full, so deep, so true.
That special day stays in our minds
just for me and you.
