The Future

Feeling so different,
entwined between these fools,
trapped underneath their acts,
struggling for a way out.

Dreaming up future plans,
hoping and wishing,
despairing over the possibility
my life may never happen.

Longing for a new chapter
in this game of life,
happily awaiting the day
when everything else begins.
