I remember the
evergreen tree
Daddy had cut down....
I see the antique
lights and ornaments
adorning the tree.......
I can still feel the
excitment of
motherhood
upon me........
I can still feel
the joy I felt
at your first
movement
within me.......
I was so thankful
for finally feeling
free and believing
in what I thought
was love.......
I have snapshots
of your first holiday
and every one after
that until
you left me...........
I am missing that picture
of my lost christmas
but it's forever
etched into
my mind......
I do not have
a memory
of this time of
year without it
leading to you....
I plead the angels
above
to keep you
safe ..........
for I know longer
feel the remembrance
of you in my arms
because it's
been too long........
I will cry for the
loss of you
on the inside
while all the others
see only
laughter and
joy.......

Oh My Dear Jaymee girl.
That's the only time I wouldn't like to live inside out....then everyone would be able to see our pleading ,crying hearts!
Perhaps that's why we are given a smile....it can never replace our bleeding hearts...but perhaps it can help us to get a new start!
