I saw you sparkle under the star
you gave me the best time ever
I wish it could've lasted longer
wish it could've lasted forever
i'm loving you so much stronger
sat to stare at the stars with you
while you breathed upon my neck
with you sitting there so blue
with everything so perfect
I never wanted to leave
but we both knew I had to
and I want you to believe
that I'd do anything to be with you
but I'll be back one day
this is my promise to you
I might not be there to stay
but its a promise I'll see right through
