Snow falling from the sky
Children's quest to discover why
Unsatisfied with answers that are meek
Knowledge of life is what they seek
Explain God, explain the light
Tell them of day tell them of night
Feed their thoughts, and questions of
Why their hearts bleed, but are full of love
Teach them, they desire more
Tell them what their lives are for
Being's so pure unblemished souls
Soon their youth will be gone it will have been stole
They'll forget innocence, growing old
Warm laughter soon will turn cold
Dreams will be lost, never to return
Diminished desires, blurry of what they learned
