Blind Inside

Contributed by P0rNStAr on Thursday, 18th December 2003 @ 06:04:05 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Can you see me
Can you hear me
make sure that
You're really there
Do you need me
Do you want me
It doesn't look as though
you really care
It's not my fault
For all these problems
In my mind we are
The same
But when we come through
Look around you
And realize it's me
That you blame

Sure you know more than me
Sure you have come real far
Sure you always hurt me
But I guess that's just who you are

There's a problem
We run into
I know we always
Are a team
1 and all of us
All and 1 of us
Things aren't always
As they seem
So look in you
You can see through
All the hurt that you have done
But remember
Who's side you're on
And look at
How far we've gone

You can't see me
You can't hear me
Looks like I'm
Not even there
You don't need me
You don't want me
You have shown
You don't care
All these problems
I'll take blame for
Cause I'll probably
Get it all the same
We've come through
I can't see you
I can't contain
