Be gone my Darkness

Why do the happy always seem so sad? A shadow cast upon an endless light. Why does darkness enter my day? Why do we allow it to take hold?
Grasp it by your fingertips and send it leaping into a bottomless turmoil.
Oh Darkness, leave my heart, I cast thy being out. Be gone demon of enfoldment! I command you, HE commands you!
Peace be welcomed, Joy be served, Laughter be heard for thy light has come and with these lips I pray a fervent prayer that my Lord's fire shall burn FOREVER!
