Treat or trick it is St. Nick this Happy Halloween
With whip in hand you understand
This Claus is fast approaching
Treat or trick it is St. Nick
And little kids he's poaching

And fire-breathing reindeer are pulling his machine
He's spreading fear throughout the land
And little kids he's roasting
Treat or trick it is St. Nick
It is to you he's toasting

Treat or trick it is St. Nick this Happy Halloween
You've made the list you've made him sick
You hear somebody knocking
Because you're on the list you know
That's why your house is rocking

A winter wonderland not seen
A charming Santa Claus
With many helpers close at hand
He comes to give you pause
Treat or trick it is St. Nick
