Tell me why.

Contributed by thegurl on Wednesday, 17th December 2003 @ 01:05:56 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

why am i here
if not to be loved by you
why are you holding me in your arms
if you're thinking about her
why do we share this bed
if we can't even talk
One real conversation
is all that we shared
I learned from Sara
sex ain't that good
and it's all we got
She stayed for sex
and now she's dead
tell me
would you kill me?
You lied to me from the beginning
when i found out the truth
granted you confessed
only to put me through it all again
I cried for you
So tell me why i am here with you
If your only here in body
Tell me why i love you
If you don't care for me
Tell me why i put up with you
If you only make me worse?
-CaNdi

Maybe only you can answer that...and now that you have asked the question you'll be able to figure out the answer...who knows...all the best.

Emma.

.... This was a really good write. I understood it pretty well too. I hope you find the answers that you seek. GL.
