I am Not Her.

I am alone now,
Because I am not her.
I don't wear fake tan,
Or dress in fake fur.
I don't have all straight teeth,
Or the skin of a child,
No perfect physique,
Or voice, soft and mild.
I stumble occasionally,
Drop dishes when busy,
And look like a drowned rat
In rain, hair all frizzy.
I'm just not like her
At all you see,
It's no great effort to tear,
Your eyes from me.
She seems to have everything,
I'm left empty and blue,
And to top it all off...
Now she has you.

This poem is so true! I feel this way all the time and you said everything I say and doesn't it just make you mad! But remember if someone doesn't see you for you they are the one's that are stupid! They don't realize what they're missing! I love this poem and thanx 4 sharing it!! Take care and much love to ya
