Bitter Shower

Contributed by LovingWhispers on Friday, 12th December 2003 @ 08:03:14 AM in AEST
Topic: MiscPoems

Cast your venomous spit, let the poison fall at will
Base your attack on blankness,I hope your heart this does fulfill

For when the truth is found and the wind is high in place
May it change in its direction and land the spit back in your face

To you,the friend I used to know, where do you go inside
When you have failed at being a man, damn where is your pride

I am not the least bit down,I have travelled way past hurt
Seeing your true colours, the words that taste like dirt

Take care of your heart,I hope it finds a resting place
And may the bitter winds of winter, blow the spit back in your face

I hope everythings okay with you. I haven't been here for ages now, so busy with moving and work and studies. But I'll tell you what, I have missed your poems so much. They always calmed me and warmed me. Well, now that I'm all moved in and have work and studies under control, you'll see a few more poems from me! And a few more comments on your amazing poems!! I do hope everything is okay with you though and if you need to talk then drop me a message :-)

*Wiping the spit off my face* ;-) Well written... and very intense. I really felt the emotion, and in this case, I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Keep up the great writing.

P.G. ;-)
