When you stand in the aisles,

do not feel sad

When you stand in the aisles,

do not feel it was bad

When you stand in the aisles,

do not feel it was you

When you stand in the aisles,

do not feel your to blame.

When you stand in the rain,

Your tears are not seen

When you stand in the rain,

Your dreams are washed clean

When you stand in the rain,

That's when I will leave

~

When you read the letters,

you may understand

When you read the letters,

you may forgive

When you read the letters,

you may live

Without the guilt of blame

and the hurt I felt.

~

When I leave I want you to know

That this was the way

I wanted to go

This is the way that it should be

This how it was going to end

This is why I needed to leave

Please forgive me leaving you again.
