The once beloved overshadows my doubt
Fire once burning has now been snuffed out
Yet visions of love have been created anew
Lone and cold hearts waylayed in the mist
Created from loving, yet loathing false bliss
Souls are immaciated and full of hunger
Elusive preminitions disturbeth my slumber
Grasping to nothing; a hope sent from satan
All frail dreams and desires begin to awaken
Thinking nothing of love and the sorrow it brings
It takes flight like a bird first discov'ring it's wings
Passion soon forges itself among darkness
Creating a sense of devotion within
Unable to accept what bent will doth bring
Thy song carried aloft in the wind; it doth ring!
Along with all value that thy soul once bore
My love for thee once was, but now is no more
