you once gave me a rose
picked it from the floor
and claimed you were so in love
you couldnt love anouther human being more
right then your rose was valued
more then silver or gold
i knew from that moment i loved you more then could ever be told
i knew you were the only person id ever wanted to hold
your rose wasnt a symbol of your love
i kept it as a symbol of mine
