Apologies to a most dear and cherised friend

Contributed by MissLee on Tuesday, 9th December 2003 @ 02:20:19 PM in AEST
Topic: ApologyPoetry

To my most cherished friend
I will torment myself until the end
For I have messed up yet again
When will I learn, oh when?
Will you let me try with all my might
To make up for what I have done wrong by doing what is right?
I am sorry I yelled at you
I am sorry for everything I did do
Why can I never shut my mouth and remember what you mean to me
For you are the best thing that has ever happened to me
My heart is now heavy in my chest
I care for you more, above all the rest
I know it does not seem like I do
With all the stupid and mean things I say to you
But BELIEVE me I do
I know this is not a proper apology
But please except this from me
I am sorry, I know that does not make up for it in any way
So please hear what I Have to say
I am sorry for today
And yesterday
And everyday
That I have troubled you in some way
What can I say
To make this up to you in some way

I think that if you were talkin to me in that poem I would forgive you that is sweet to write a poem for someone and words cant always express everything but they do a good job at most of it....
