The salmon completes,
His amazing journey.
To end up in Junk Mail,
So, why does that burn me?
Maybe becuase,
He's truly forgotten.
I think he's a hero,
But, some just see rotten.
He works and toils,
His entire life.
In my better days,
I was a part of that strife.
So, when you feel,
That all is done.
Turn to me,
And, watch me run!

I like your pluck, you poem is good,
By the old, it's understood,
Don't write us off, the senior man,
We'll keep on plugging, yes we can.. |
