I'm falling down again
Worshiping this pedestal of hate
Biting gall in my stomach
This churning froth in my mind
Nothing but a fingerprint
Burning myself
To find sense in something,
But only to fall broken
My love has waned
And there's nothing inside
Cold because I'm lost
And I have nothing to show
There's sand in my teeth
And all you can see
Is the bruises on my knees
