I stand alone

I stand alone in a dark place
Screaming out my hurt and pain
The deep hatred of self
The loneliness of my life
What can I look forward to?
Nothing but death!

Without hope I'm lost
I can't even imagine a future
Such an empty feeling
Like there's no tomorrow
Where do I go from here?
Nowhere!

I'm bored beyond belief
Can't keep an interest alive
There's nothing in my life
No relief for a hungry mind
What am I supposed to do?
I lack stimuli!

As I stand here at a halt
The world spins around me
Moving with the speed of time
Heedless of anyone left behind
When should I start moving again?
Never!

My youth lost to depression
No signs of change
It's time to give up
I've been here long enough
What’s the point anyway?
I hate this ***** existence!

Slowly the dark thoughts fade away
Another critical time is over
My cries of despair have ended
I stand alone in silence now
Waiting for dawn to break my last tear
