Still She Waits

Contributed by LiveTheDream on Monday, 8th December 2003 @ 02:12:12 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

She sits she lays
Waiting for the day
When someone will take her away from the pain
But no one is willing to care
To give her the love she needs
Still she waits

Day after day
And things are never the same
Everyday she struggles
Fights to get through the day
But still no one comes
Still she waits

For once all she’s asking for
Is someone to be there for her
When life seems rough
To understand her ways
And help through all her days
But still no one comes
And still no one cares
Still she waits

Sniff.....tear...
I fear
That is my life you wrote about my dear
Sigh
Why
Must lfe be so bad
For a love I have nevr had
Been in love just once
Feel like such a dunce
Told him and he didn't care
Now I cannot find my heart anywhere
He won it and threw it away
Maybe I'll find it again..someday...

On a lighter note, good write hon

I know EXACTLY how that feels. It's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all, but when nobody loves you, that is the worst kind of pain you can endure. Keep fighting, great writing.
