Topic: oops

Stars ablaze,
flying past my eyes.
My thoughts drowned out by my wonderous cries.

The bright light,
reflecting onto the moon. Stars so bright,
they illuminate my room.

Taking the place of the fading blue,
when the night comes,
as stars often do.

One resides,
by the moon,
a couple feet away.
The one I gaze at,
through night,
till day.

It outshines the rest,
against the deep black.
My gaze,
towards the moon,
that star,
then back.

In my life,
with many stars,
my gaze did part,
but the moon,
and that one bright star,
will stay in my heart.
