Big head

Contributed by loopylou on Friday, 5th December 2003 @ 03:05:36 PM in AEST
Topic: HumorPoetry

as you lay in your room with no other being
i know you will not feel lonley
as you hug your knees
and rely on the sweet comfort
of your big ego
that you so badly need
just a tiny thing to you
but i want you to know
that unlike your self
i dont love you
you take long walks in the isolated woods
muttering and murming to yourself
resuring your restless thoughts that you will always be the best
ignoring me when i beg to differ
and when you lay your heavy head to rest
you dream only of you
as the wolves howl at night
your so blissfully ignorant
so dead to this world
they howl out of sympathy but you can never hear
you never hear me
never embraces my hugs
to you knowing your supposivley the best enought
poor you as you tell your souless followers
how hard i fell
how much it hurt
when you said you needed a break
how im fighting to get over you
but
sweet heart i will only ever pity you
never hate
because i never cared or felt enought of your big head to destest you
i dont find you attractive
like you do your self
if you read this all of you i know would cry
i have the vision in my mind
you on the floor
helpless
you and your big head

I felt the anger and hurt even in my drunken state. Nicely done
