by the touch of day light
by the beating of my heart
by the warmth of my body
and all beauty around here
I make myself sure, I am alive
surrounded with love
I offer love
I do not kneel I do not pander
no reason why
I want to share happiness
cos I am alive even today
I think it is pretty enough
I am grateful for each day
I am rich,
I am very rich
I have love
days and nights
I have space for living
I have where to sleep
I have what to eat
so why complaining?
bountiful gift of life
bountiful gift of each day
we probably do not know
how great lives we have
for that we live, for that we are
dotekem denního světla
a tlukotem srdce
teplem svého těla
a vší krásou kolem
ujistím se, že žiju
láskou obklopena
lásku nabízím
nepadám na kolena
já se nepodbízím
chci jen sdílet radost
že živa jsem i dnes
myslím, že je to dost
jsem vděčna za každý den
jsem bohatá,
jsem bohatá a moc
mám lásku,
den i noc
mám prostor žít
mám kde spát
mám co jíst
tak proč si stěžovat
štědrý dar života
štědrý dar každého dne
možná ani netušíme
jak dobře se máme,
protože žijeme, protože jsme

BRAVO! BRAVO! Aika...how inspiring this one is...Soar to the heavens and back....with lots of love and thankfulness no lack.
This made me remember when my poor husband was sick. He said that he always gave thanks for the breath, but forgot to thank God for the ability to take it in!....That's why your poem is such a win! Aika....you even remembered that!
