Apart
The miles that are between us leave me restless through the night
Being this far apart just doesn’t feel so right
My heart aches for you as I want you near
The thought of life without you, is my biggest fear
But my trust in our true love and in you will always and forever be
Knowing that you love me is what finally allows me to be free
Someday we'll be together, this I truly know
And when that day does arrive, I'll never let you go..

i really liked this poem! and at this present moment in time, i'm feeling exactly the same feeling. I have feelings for someone in another state from me....and there's a large gap of ocean seperating us...it is VERY hard.
