Razor blades and tequila make a perfect pair...
Thats all it takes to release a spirit into the air...
But my soul is evil for it dwells in the the night...
My soul will go to brimstone a place of pain and fright...
But I like the pain the blood and the tears...
A slight cut is all it takes for a trickle of blood no more fear...
Love causes pain when its not returned and felt by the other...
It rips out my heart and lungs causing great pain till I smother...
So as I take a drink and ready the blade I think of you one last time...
Tears roll from my eyes down my cheek because I know you could never be mine...
The End.

Yeah..I like this.
Could be a song with some more added *smiles*
Absolutely love the title and the overall feeling of helplessness and loss for something never really had.
Excellent!

Love causes pain... how true. For some reason those two walk hand in hand.
Great poem. It was written in a way that made it seem as if it were one thought, and not many words.
Take care.
