Why is it that it seems to me
That nobody cares?
I look around me and I feel I’m not even there
Why cant people just accept me as I am?
I feel I’m invisible
Nobody cares
Or wants to know
If I’m there
I fell like I’m invisible
Doesn’t anyone care?
Want to be there?
When I fall
When I cry
When I break down
Because nobody’s there?
Gonna take you through the rain
And show you my pain
Gonna take you through the rain
So you will understand
Such things can’t be seen through your eyes
But at least show me you’re there
I’m not a wall that it just to break down
Or there for your enjoyment
Make me feel wanted
Make me feel special
Then throw me away when you see
I no longer have a smile on my face

i'm sure somebody cares - but i think we all feel like this at one time or another no matter how many people are in our lives it just feels lonely. you wrote a really good poem.

| I can definately feel where you're coming from on this poem. I, too, have been there, and now its hardships. It may seem that no one cares or looks out for you, but there is. It just takes time to realize it. Keep up the good work! |
