Burning Confusion

Contributed by secretwind on Saturday, 29th November 2003 @ 10:16:26 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

Nobody told her
that she should be stronger
so she endured emotional torture
from a man made of stone
exsisting in silence and in denial
cause she fears no one will listen
in the wind moans are twisting
it hurts to be all alone.

Searching for reasons
when there is nothing to believe in
sweet dreams and false visions
only make thee illusion last
when somebody finally told her
that love shouldn't be torture
she was so deep into disorder
all she could do was just laugh.

This really hit home with me, I was there for so long...too long. I finally woke up though and found that love isnt torture. This really touched me and made me ache for you. I hope it is fiction, for your sake. Great write:)
