Clairvoy'ance

Contributed by tonic on Tuesday, 27th August 2002 @ 06:47:34 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

The screams fill the room
but no one can hear them but me
cause they are the screams of all my victims.....

There's blood on the floor
but no one can see it but me
cause this is the blood of all my victims.....

There is a glow of innocence around me
but no one realizes it but me
cause this is the innocence that I have taken from my victims.....

There's a sick stinch of death
but no one can smell it but me
cause this is the smell of all my victims.....

These screams are mine now.....
This blood is mine now.....
The innocence is mine now.....
The sickining stinch is mine now.....

Those people will never have to scream again.....
Those people will never have to bleed again.....
Those people will never have to be corrupted by their innocence again.....
Those people will never have to smell the stinch of their own lewdness again.....

Destiny had abandened you.....
It was me who gave you life.....
Fate had condemed you.....
It was me who set you free.....

And as you lie there screaming, bleeding, corrupted, and smelling.....
you will be released from your prison, that has been labeled as life.
and soon you will realize that you've been dead all along.....

Topic, this was a sensational write...bit dark..but good...as some of your other work is.. but I seem to have a problem... a slight one, but still....you ask ppl to go read your work... but I have noticed YOU HAVE NEVER MADE one single comment to any body's work. This I find, isn't fair. Ppl put their hearts and souls here (as you know) hoping that others will read and COMMENT... and it's a bit discouraging when some ppl don't comment at all..... I hope you don't take this personllay..ok..just an observation... Keep witing your great stuff...

First of all you got my name wrong, Miss Heart and Soul. Second, I've never requested anyone to "COMMENT" on anything, just read. People take it upon themselves to comment. Third I don't comment on other peoples poetry, mainly because I can't relate to it. Love this and love that just really ain't my cup of tea as you can plainly see. So how in the hell can I comment on something that someone put their "Heart and Soul" into if I can't relate to it. I'm not a poetry major or anything of the sort, so I really can't help anyone out. I like what I write and I don't care if anyone else does or not, just as long as a few people read it, and if that doesn't happen then oh well, their loss. I don't claim to be a good poetry writer or a poetry writer at all for that matter. So in my own eyes I have no right to comment on something in which I know nothing about.
Now, you don't take this personally, and be sure to have a nice day.................. :)

Okay.. apparently sarcasism is your major. I guess it all comes down to being bitter & cynical. You have a right to be what you want... but why be an ass?
